To make sure your water is an air conditioning issue, first go up into your attic and see if you can determine from where the your water issue is coming. The indoor evaporator coil, the auxiliary safety pan below the evaporator coil, or possibly the refrigerant lines or a/c PVC lines can all cause water issues on your ceiling and into your home. If you see water in the pan or coming from the PVC lines near the evaporator coil this usually means the main drain line to your home is clogged. If you are somewhat handy and have the necessary tools you could blow this line out yourself with an air tank, but more than likely, you will need to call your air conditioning company to remedy this situation.
